General Background:  Coach Sullivan is married to his best friend, the former Clare Billings, who teaches Special Education at Leonardtown High School.  Mrs. Sullivan also was a longtime athletic coach at Leonardtown High School.  Coach Sullivan is the proud stepfather to 4 children, Olivia (Paul), Peter, Richard, and Charlotte.  Coach Sullivan is also very proud to be the father of his daughter, Allison, a student-athlete on the Volleyball Team at Patuxent High School.   He is also very thankful for his parents, siblings, extended family, and church family, for their love and support.

Coach Sullivan is a man of faith, and knows that God has been much better to him than he deserves.  He loves and serves his Lord and Savior at First Baptist Church of Calvert County, teaching Sunday School there.  His desire is to please his Lord at everything he does, and encourage others to live out their faith in God.  He loves athletics, and wants to encourage young people to excel in all areas of their life, using sports as a teaching tool for this purpose.
